    Bronz'Express is a trademark of Académie Scientifique de Beauté company dedicated to self-tanners and meant for embellishing the skin of all women and men willing to look tanned without sun all year long.

  • How do Bronz'Express self-tanners work?

    Bronz'Express self-tanners contain DHA that acts on the keratin of the skin's corneous layers. It produces a golden tan just like a "real" sun tan.
    Avoid contact with the eyes. If it ocurs rinse off thoroughly with water.

  • What is the difference between the Tinted Self-Tanning Lotion and the intense version?

    The Intense Tinted Self-Tanning Lotion provides a long lasting tan in one application in just a few hours. Its intense tinted formula allows a streak free stronger tan to develop,wherever and whenever you want.

  • When will I see the first effects of Bronz'Express self-tanners?

    Bronz'Express self-tanners being tinted, you will instantly show a golden sun-kissed complexion.

  • What should I do before applying a Bronz'Express self-tanner for the fiirst time?

    Before applying a Bronz'Express self-tanner for the first time, make sure your body and/or your face are well exfoliated and hydrated.

  • Will the result achieved be orange?

    No. Thanks to our secret formulas including DHA, it produces a natural golden tan just like a "real" sun tan.

  • How long will last the effects of my Bronz'Express self-tanner?

    Your Bronz'Express tan will last for 4 to 5 days. If you want to maintain your tan intensity, apply the Tinted Self-Tanning Lotion or the Tinted Self-Tanning Gel twice a week.

  • Can Bronz'Expressz self-tanners be applied to the face?

    The Tinted Self-Tanning Lotion and Magic Radiance Drops can be used both on the face and body and the Tinted Self-Tanning Gel has been specially developed for the face.

  • Will the Bronz'Express tan stain my clothes?

    Once your Bronz'Express Self-Tanner is applied, wear dark and loose fitting clothes in order to avoid stains from appearing and uneven tan to develop. Wait for 3 to 4 hours before wearing yourself; thus your clothes won't be stained.

  • Once my self-tanner is applied, when can I use my hydrating skin care?

    Once your self-tanner is applied, wait for 10 to 15 minutes before applying your skin care.

  • Are Bronz'Express self-tanners tested on animals?

    None of our products or raw materials are tested on animals in accordance with the European regulation.

  • Where can I find the product directions for use?

    You can find any product directions for use on the box or in the sheet article on the website.

  • Is a sun exposure possible after application on my self-tanner?

    Our products don't contain sunscreen and don't protect your skin from sunburn. Repeated exposure of unprotected skin while tanning may increase the risk of skin ageing, skin cancer and other harmful effects to the skin even if you do not burn.
    You are higly advised to apply a sun protection before any sun-exposure.

  • Can I use perfume after application of my self-tanner?

    Yes, you can wear perfume after applying your self-tanner.

  • Can I bathe after applying my self-tanner?

    Wait for 3 to 4 hours before having a bath, a shower or practicing sport.

  • Can I exfoliate my skin after applying my self-tanner?

    You must not exfoliate your skin just after applying your self-tanner.But you can apply a mask that will help your skin to be well hydrated.

  • Can I mix my self-tanner with my skincare cream?

    You can mix your self-tanner with a small amount of cream to obtain a less intense colour and if you only wish to get a very natural tan.
    You can also use our Magic Radiance Drops, to mix with your skincare cream to get a radiant and luminous complexion.

  • Should I create an account to order on BronzExpress.fr website?

    To place an order you must create your account. When done on the BronzExpress.fr website, you will have the possibility to order our products without entering your personal contact details each time. You will also be able to keep track of your orders and download your invoices in "My Orders" section.

  • How to create an account?

    To create an account, click on "My account" in the top right corner of our website page. Enter your e-mail add and password to connect. Once you have completed this step, you will be redirected to your Customer Area where you will have to enter your personal contact details such as your Name and Surname or your address to finalize the creation of your account. You can also complete the registration process later on when you will place your first order.

  • How can I change my personal information?

    Your personal details can be changed at any time from your customer area in the "Personal Data" section.

  • Why do I have to provide my phone number?

    Your phone number is a useful piece of information to facilitate the delivery of your order. It is transmitted to our carriers who will have the possibility to contact you if necessary.

  • I have forgotten my password.

    No worries. You can easily reset your password in your identification page by clicking on "Forgot your password?". Then, fill in your e-mail address and click on "Send". You will receive an e-mail with the link allowing you to create a new password. Then you will be able to connect again.

Order

  • Where can I buy Bronz'Express products?

    You can order our products on BronzExpress.fr. Our self-tanners are also available in our partner points of sale. To find your nearest beauty salon, go to our "Points of sale" section and fill in your area code in the designated field.

  • How to buy a product on BronzExpress.fr?

    To order one or more products on BronzExpress.fr website, just click on the "Buy" button on the product sheet you are interested in.
    Once your selection has been confirmed, you will be able to choose up to 2 samples based upon the amount of your order.

    To finalize your order, you will have to identify or create an account.

    Once identified, you will be able to fill in or select your delivery information, choose your expected delivery and payment conditions, then pay the order.
    Once your order settled off, you will receive an e-mail confirmation you will be able to keep track of your order from your Customer Area.

  • How to place an order on BronzExpress.fr?

    To place an order on BronzExpress.fr website, explore our catalog or use our search engine to find the product(s) you want.
    Add to your basket by clicking on the "Buy" button on pages of the pages of the catalog or on the product sheets, and go on shopping.
    Once your order finalized, go to your basket, check your selection and follow the instructions.

  • How can I follow my order?

    Once your order is finalized, you will receive an e-mail confirmation from us sent to the e-mail address provided to us when you created your acount.
    You can easily keep track of your order by connecting to BronzExpress.fr website in your Custumer area, "My orders" section.

Payment

  • Which means of payments are accepted on the BronzExpress.fr online store?

    Online Store BronzExpress.fr accepts payments by credit card (Blue card, VISA, Mastercard), by Paypal or Paylib.

  • Are payments secured?

    All of personal and banking information are secured. BronzExpress.fr website is in https and shows a closed lock in your browser, which proves that our website is secured.

  • My payment has been refused, what can I do?

    After providing your payment information and confirming your order, our provider questions your bank to validate the payment and give the authorization. In case of refusal, please contact your bank.
    If you encounter any problems, you can get in touch with our customer service by completing the contact form.

Delivery

  • When will I receive my order?

    Once your order is finalized, we prepare it carefully and send it to you between 48 hours and 5 working days depending on the means of delivery chosen.
    For those placed during the week (from Monday to Friday), we commit ourselves to prepare them the same day or the following working day.
    For orders put in on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays, we prepare the merchandise on Mondays or the following Tuesdays.

  • Where can I have my order delivered?

    You can choose to be delivered either at home or in the parcel pick-up point of your choice.

  • Can I be delivered abroad?

    Académie Scientifique de Beauté only delivers to Metropolitan France (including Corsica) and Monaco. If you live abroad, we invite you to contact us so we can tell you where to find our products.

  • What means of delivery are offered?

    • Standard home delivery with So Colissimo. Your parcel will be delivered within 2 or 3 working days.
    • Delivery in Parcel pick-up point with Kiala UPS Access Point. Your order will be delivered in the pick-up point of your choice within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
    • Fast home delivery with standard UPS. Your parcel will be delivered within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Are the freight costs payable?

    • For any orders equal or less than 35€, standard delivery by So Colissimo costs 4,95 euros.
    • For any orders over 35€, standard delivery by So Colissimo is offered free.
    • Delivery in Pick-up point by Kiala UPS Access Point costs 4,95€.
    • Fast delivery by UPS Standard costs 7,95€.

  • Can I modify my delivery address?

    By default, your delivery address stands for your invoicing address. You can at any time change, add or cancel a delivery address.
    Either from your Customer Area in the "My addresses" section, or when placing your order.
    Please note that you cannot modify the delivery address of a pending order.

Return & Refund

  • Can I return an item?

    You can send us back an article under several conditions.
    Upon receipt of the merchandise From, you have a 14 (fourteen) day time to return one or several items.
    Returned products must be closed, in their original package, with their accessories, leaflets, in a perfect resale condition and with the return form available in your Customer Area, in "My Orders" section.
    Return freight costs are borne by the buyer. We also advise you to keep a proof of sending back.

  • Can I return or exchange an item purchased online in a partner point of sale?

    You cannot exchange one or several items bought online on BronzExpress.fr in a partner point of sale.
    It's also impossible to return an item bought in a partner point of sale, for exchange or refund.

  • How to send back an item?

    You can easily return your article(s) within 14 (fourteen) days upon receipt of your order.

    To send us back a product, you just have to connect to your Customer Area and go to "My orders" section.
    At the end of the line of the relevant order, click on "Returns". In the summary of the order details, select the article you want to return and the reason for it.
    Finally, edit and print the return note. You can now prepare your parcel and attach the return note.

    We advise you to keep a proof of the sending. We will acknowledge receipt of your returned box by e-mail.
    If the products sent back to us are subject to reimbursement, it will come into effect within 14 (fourteen) days.

  • How long will it take to be paid back?

    Upon receipt of your returned order, the product(s) are checked. If they meet our return conditions staded in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, Académie Scientifique de Beauté will pay back the product(s) returned within 14 (fourteen) working days through the same means of payments used when placing the order.
